DAMAC Hills 2 is a residential community located 40 minutes away from Business Bay and Downtown Dubai. The project was developed and executed by DAMAC Properties, and the community is part of the Dubailand master development that features a well-designed entertainment infrastructure and residential buildings. The Dubailand project commenced in 2003. The plan, at the time, was to split the vast development into six thematic ‘worlds’ of residential neighborhoods and landmarks. In the end, the initial plans were modified compared to the ones that were originally presented. However, projects, such as Dubailand Oasis, Living Legends, Villanova, and Al Waha, were ultimately included along with DAMAC Hills 2.
